Orders should be placed as early as possible. Event set up dates and times are first come first serve and can fill up quickly.

The professional grade latex balloons we use are made from the sap of rubber trees. They biodegrade at about the same rate as an oak leaf and are a natural way to prevent deforestation because of latex harvesting. Latex balloons are a natural combatant against greenhouse gases, as the more rubber trees we save, we slow global warming.

There are two types of balloons, foil (sometimes called mylar) and latex. Foil balloons are not biodegradable, but can be recycled. Latex
balloons can't be recycled, but are biodegradable.

We work via email in order to exchange photos and will only exchange pricing in writing. This is for your benefit to ensure order accuracy and allows both parties to view order details at any time. Working through email also allows us to provide quick responses while at event locations or while the studio is noisy with inflation.

We do not have a retail store and thus do not have regular store hours. We deliver ready to go items directly to you and/or decorate onsite.  We do most of our emailing / coordinating Monday through Thursday between 8:30-5:30, though if we see a last minute order come through we can be in touch outside of that window.  Fridays I office as much as I can to get caught up, but they are typically a big delivery / setup day 🙂

Balloon Masters is a full service balloon decorating company and thus we do not rent our helium tanks.

That depends on the environmental conditions and if the decor is air-filled or helium filled. Air-filled decor that is indoors can last for days or even weeks under the right conditions. We extend the float time of a regular 11″ helium balloon by treating the balloon with a polymer prior to inflation. This can increase the float time by several days, up to a week.

We love to use balloons outside, as they have a large visual impact. We do everything possible to ensure the balloons have the best possible outcome, but we cannot place any guarantees on them as weather plays a very large role in how balloons fare outside. Wind can cause issues that we do our best to work around, and moving dust and debris can cause the balloons to pop. Also, exposure to extreme heat can cause balloons to expand and sometimes pop.

If we have not coordinated a "strike" where we return to pop the balloons, you will need to pop the balloons and then we will coordinate a retrieval of the equipment from you.  There will be a charge per missing/damaged item. Outdoor items are retrieved that evening unless otherwise coordinated.  Occasionally we have disposable equipment / items we don't need back, however, we do love to be green and get everything back as often as possible!

Once your event is booked, that time slot is reserved for you and supplies for your event are ordered. Orders canceled 30 days or more prior to your event are eligible for a credit for your next event equal to monies paid, however no refund will be given. Orders less than 30 days from the event are not eligible for cancellation. Refunds are not provided on any orders.
